Shipping Policy

We ship every Sunday for most items, so that we can coordinate the orders and ensure the freshness of your gloss. Once you choose your Sincerely, Kia Gloss, we will send your order confirmation number after you checkout. In most cases, boxes are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Why is my order shipping next week?

 

We make our products on Fridays. Depending on when in the week you place your order, it may seem like it takes a little while because your order may be placed into the following weeks shipment (so you can get the freshest gloss possible!), but you can always request for your order to be bumped up a week by contacting sincerelykiaco@gmail.com and we will do our best to ship your order early!

Return & Exchange Policy

The beauty industry can have its own set of tricky circumstances when it comes to dealing with returns. Do you accept opened products? How do you make sure your customers are happy without ruining your bottom line?

Sincerely, Kia offers a “Happy Customer Guarantee”, which will give free refunds within 14 days of when the order was shipped. A return label and invoice sheet is added inside each package. We use discretion with returns and reserve the right to refuse a refund.
