The Sincerely, Kia Brand works hard to offer high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free goods at affordable prices.  Due to this mission statement, we can only accept exchanges on all other products if they are unopen and unused. For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping of the returned item. We ask that you refer to our social media pages to ensure you are comfortable with a shade before purchasing. 

 

Because our products are so affordably priced, sale prices are only for the stated sale time. To help you stay abreast of new and upcoming sales, please follow our social media channels for updates or sign up for your SK Gloss Newsletters. We will allow the exchange for any unopened item within 14 days of receipt.

We DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES FOR OPENED ITEMS.

Wholesale Inquiries

For first time customers of SK Gloss the minimum order value is $300. You can order through our website shop using any of the coupon codes (which we will email you or place on the site) to place your order with no upfront charges. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a printed invoice for the total charges. If you prefer to send us a list of SK Glosses and quantities, that works too!

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized vendors will receive 50% off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover 100% of the shipping costs for any orders over $50. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS. 

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without SK GLOSS prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer

 Please allow at least 3-5 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; We do not ship international orders at this time, but we do plan on doing so in the future!
